The training covers the following areas:
- Computer science: Programming languages, Algorithmics, Databases.
- Data processing: Statistics, Mining Methods and Visualization of massive data, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence.
- Instrumentation Technology: Signals and System.
- Specificity linked to the biological and biomedical field: Molecular and cellular bases of biology, Physical chemistry of life, Omics technologies, Physics of
- biology, Bioinformatics tools, pathogens and pathologies, in silico and in vivo modeling, genome analysis of cancer, metagenomics.
- English.
- Human, economic, legal and social sciences: Quality approach, Project management and animation, Business strategy, Business creation.

Admission requirements
Be under the age of 30 (excluding exceptional cases) to benefit from an apprenticeship contract and have validated:
- A CPGE preparatory class
- Or a preparatory university cycle for the “Grandes Ecoles”
- Or a BUT (Bachelor) Materials Sciences and Engineering, DUT Data Sciences, BUT Statistics and Decision-Making Computing, Physical Measurements or equivalent

- Or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical sciences or Life Sciences with a very good level in computer science, physics, chemistry, mathematics
People with disabilities wishing to follow this training are invited to contact us directly in order to study together the required access arrangements.
Access to training:
- Receipt of applications: the opening dates for submitting applications depend on each training course. Log in to the university website to find out the dates. As soon as the dates are set by the university authorities, the CFA presents them on its website and the application is submitted, either on Ecandidat, on Apoflux, or any other indicated platform.
- Deadlines for access to training: The start of each training course is different. On average, the time can vary from 3 to 7 months between the submission of the application, the selection interviews, the confirmation of pre-admission by the educational managers, the signing of the apprenticeship contract and the start of the training. Depending on the desired training, it is appropriate to calculate the number of weeks between submitting the application and starting the training as specified on the website.
- Admission process: application file and interview.
- Signature of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract with an employer.
Financing:
As part of an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, the cost of training is financed by the France Compétences agency via the company’s OPCO (depending on the collective agreement applied). No training or registration costs will be borne by the beneficiary of the apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
The CFA supports companies in covering the cost of training by the OPCO. Depending on the cases, duly indicated on the form relating to the training, a remainder may be applied beyond the amount financed by France Compétences.

Selection procedure
Long-term mobility (at least 2 months) is included in this course.
Carrying out mobility in Europe or internationally provides the opportunity:
-to discover another culture and another way of working.
-to improve your linguistic and cultural skills in a work situation.
-to enrich your professional practices by discovering tools and techniques specific to the host country.
International mobility is a very rewarding professional experience. This brings a real asset to a candidate who can make the difference for hiring.
During the period of mobility abroad, the principle of work-study inherent to the contract no longer applies. Students are not required to alternate teaching and periods of in-company training, so that they can only carry out in-company training or only teaching in a training organization during their stay abroad.
